Have you ever been lucky enough to meet a real live superhero?? I HAVE. Let me tell you all about him.
His name is Liyum. He is spunky and funny and has a killer smile. He's a twin to Noah, little brother to Bella, and soon-to-be big brother to Blake. At 5 years old he has already proven his hero status more than most people do in a lifetime. How could a 5 year old be a super hero, you say?? Well, let me tell you. On Father's day 2014 little Liyum was 2 years old and he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Clear Cell Sarcoma of the kidney.
What an incredibly difficult thing for a little guy to understand. But through it all, and with the help of his family and his very special superhero bear, he maintained that positive attitude and radiant smile that he is known for. Today, if you saw him, you would never know that he had been through something so frightening. If you would like to read more about Liyum's story please visit THE GOLD HOPE PROJECT.
If you or anyone you know has been affected by pediatric cancer and would like more information about a free family photo session through The Gold Hope Project. Please let me know. You never truly understand the importance of a photograph until it may be the only thing you have left.
